The Memory Match Campaign is an online gamification tool designed to boost customer engagement and brand awareness. It challenges customers to match pairs of items, unlocking rewards and promotions. The campaign allows you to drive interactions, increase visibility, and create new revenue streams through gamification.

Use Cases

  1. Game Sponsored by Brands:

    • Brands can sponsor challenges within the game, generating revenue for Gameball customers through product integration and increased customer engagement.

  2. Increase Product Awareness by Featuring New Products:

    • New products are integrated into the game, encouraging customers to interact with them and boosting awareness. This can lead to increased visibility and potential purchases.

  3. Increase Daily or Weekly Active customers by Offering Daily Gameplay:

    • By providing a new gameplay challenge each day, you can encourage customers to return frequently, increasing daily or weekly activity. This promotes consistent engagement and rewards customers for their loyalty, ultimately driving repeat visits and increasing overall activity levels.

Game-Based Reward Campaign Templates:


Match Cards Template:

The Match Campaign is designed for entertainment. Introduce a challenging yet fun opportunity to win a reward. Like all memory card games, the customers will keep opening 2 cards in a row until the 3 cards match.
During the game, the customer will be bound by:

Number of Required Matches: The customer has 12 cards to flip, so they must match

all 6 pairs.
Time limit: They have to match all cards before time ends.
Number of Flips: They will have a limited number of flips to match all cards. if the number is met before the match all 6 pairs, they lose.

Actions Required:

  1. Choose your Audience.

    Choose between Registered customers, or specific customers based on selected attributes, tags, or segments.

    • Game on Widget: The game will appear as a badge like all other campaigns, clicking on the badge will redirect them to a screen with all available campaigns. The customer can then choose the desired campaign and start playing.

  2. Set up the Activation.

    Choose between always active or scheduled.

  3. Seting up the Game Rules?

    You will only need to upload images of the cards at the Customize Design section.

    ❗️Note:

    • The number of card pairs are 6 making total number of cards 12.

    • You can Add an image with each question.

    • You can set the perferred .

  4. Fill in the campaign Detials.

    Set a Name and description for the campaign.

  5. Set up the Reward & Badge:

Configuring a Reward:

  1. Choose the Reward Type, Name, Image, and Value

  • Reward Type: Choose from any reward type supported by Gameball, similar to the options available in other campaigns.

  • Reward Name: Set the name of the reward

  • Reward Image: Upload your own or choose from our library.

  • Reward Value or Product: Type down the exact reward value or product you have chosen the reward to be a free product for example.

Make the necessary adjustments to the Activation, Details, and Goal sections. Learn more about setting up a Reward Campaign.

Match Cards Customization:

To customize the user interface of the game click Customize Design.

  1. You will then be redirected to the main customization page where you can customize the following:

  • Background and colors

  • Main Image

  • Main content like title, description, and button text

2. Click on the Game Tab to customize the how each card will look as well as the rules of the Game. You can also upload Game main image.

  • You can start uploading 6 images, each image will become part of a pair.

  • You can then set the Time Limit and the number of Flips Limit.

Note: Customers lose if they don't finish the game under the specified time or flip limit. The time limit can't be set to 0.

3. Click on Success tab to customize the page that's going to show if the customer passed the game.

  • You can customize the image and celebrating message.

4. Lastly, click the No Luck tab to customize a similar message but for customers who couldn't win the game.

  • Click Save.
