With the Free Shipping for Orders Over $500 campaign, customers who place a qualifying order receive a free shipping coupon to be used on their next purchase—a smart way to drive repeat orders and improve customer satisfaction.

How to Set Up

  1. Open Gameball

  2. Click Add Reward Campaign

  3. Select Free Shipping for Orders Over $500 template

  4. Edit the campaign's setup

  5. Click Set Live

Trigger

  1. Action: Place Order

  2. Times: 1 (Number of orders required with this condition)

  3. Rule:

    • Field: Total Price

    • Operator: ≥ (Greater than or equal)

    • Value: 500

Reward

  • The customer get Free Shipping coupon used on the next order

  • The reward value can be adjusted from the campaign.
