We’re excited to announce the launch of A/B Testing Control in Automation Flows, a powerful new feature that lets you test, compare, and optimize your customer engagement strategies directly within Gameball. Learn more about how automations work.
How does it work?
With A/B Testing, you can:
Split audiences into groups (A & B) with a fully customizable ratio (e.g., 50/50, 70/30).
Build distinct automation paths for each group with different actions, rewards, or communications.
Ensure stable testing with random but consistent customer assignment to each group.
Measure performance side by side, with detailed reporting on engagement, redemption, and revenue uplift for each branch.
Optimize your strategy by identifying which path performs better and scaling it across your campaigns.
Why it matters
This new capability gives marketers complete control to experiment, validate, and refine engagement strategies, ensuring you always choose the approach that drives the best results for your business.
A/B Testing is now live and ready to use inside the Automation Builder.
2. New Synced Attributes for Integrations: Next Expiring Points
We’ve expanded the list of customer attributes that Gameball syncs with your third-party integrations (e.g., Insider and others). Here are
Next Expiring Points Amount → The soonest a customer’s points are set to expire Amount.
Next Expiring Points Date → The soonest date a customer’s points are set to expire.
Next Expiring Points Value → The soonest a customer’s points are set to expire Value.
Why it Matters
These attributes are now synced alongside the other customer attributes already shared with your integrations. Use it to:
Trigger timely communications before customers lose their points.
Build more personalized campaigns and reminders in your integrated platforms.

We’ve given the Coupons page on the widget a fresh new look! Learn about our widget!

Bug Fixes
1. AI Games in Arabic (RTL)
We’ve resolved several issues affecting AI Games when displayed in Arabic (Right-to-Left mode):
Fixed layout alignment problems.
Improved text rendering for RTL languages.
Enhanced overall game playability and experience in Arabic.
Now, customers can enjoy a seamless AI Games experience in Arabic without broken layouts or display issues. 🎮✨
2. Games Hidden in Widget Breaking Offline Links
We’ve fixed an issue where hiding games from the widget caused problems when accessing the offline game link.
Previously: If a game was hidden in the widget, opening it via its offline link would appear broken.
Now: Games will work seamlessly via offline links, even if they are hidden from the widget.
