In the redemption rule creation options, you will now find a dropdown list for Shopify POS settings featuring the "POS All Points Redemption" option. Notably, this option streamlines the redemption process by eliminating input fields in the redemption value section, with a clear statement indicating automatic redemption of all points. Additionally, the eligible customers section remains unchanged for this redemption rule type, ensuring consistency across all redemption options.

We're introducing an enhancement to the GameBall integration with Shopify, now incorporating the recently introduced coupon combinations by Shopify within the rewards advanced configurations. This update enhances the versatility of reward configurations, allowing you to combine various reward types with coupon options seamlessly. With this enhancement, you can configure coupons with fixed amount, percentage discount, free product, or free shipping, in combination with respective rewards such as fixed amount, percentage discount, free product, or free shipping. This ensures greater flexibility and customization in reward settings, catering to diverse business needs and strategies.
