What are they and what does each one mean?
Average Referral per Day: shows an average of the total number of your referrals done by players per day through your Referral program on Gameball Admin Dashboard
Average Referral per Month: shows an average of the total number of your referrals done by players per month through your Referral program on Gameball Admin Dashboard
Daily Referrals: a chart that shows you a trend of players' referral attitude through a number of referred friends vs a number of referrers chart daily through the past 30 days. Once you hover on any part of the chart, the number of referred friends, number of referrers, and the corresponding day will be displayed to help you track most effectively.
Monthly Referrals: a chart that shows you a trend of players' referral attitude through a number of referred friends vs a number of referrers chart monthly through the past 8 days. Once you hover on any part of the chart, the number of referred friends, number of referrers, and the corresponding day will be displayed to help you track most effectively.
Referrals Key Factor: the key factor indicates the effectiveness of your referral program. This key factor should always be greater than 1 to indicate a successful referral program. It measures how many new, secondary users, an individual new user helps you acquire over their lifetime on your platform. Thus, it indicates how many new users a current user is referring to your business.
Referrers Leaderboard: You have let your players compete over referring to the biggest number of friends already! This is where you track your top performers! You will also see the total number of players on your leaderboard. You can apply multiple filters to track your top performers during multiple periods of time; today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, and all time.
