The Analytics section is divided into seven pages; each page displays data from a specific domain. Here are how the Analytics section is branched:

The General page in the analytics section focuses on essential and general views, data, and numbers that describe the overall activity of players and programs.

Where to find the General analytics page?

  • Go to Gameball Dashboard, and click Analytics from the left bar.

  • You will be on the General Analytics page.

What is the General analytics page about?

General analytics focuses on the overall numbers that represent the behavior of the whole loyalty system. When you visit the General page, you will find many comprehensive data reflecting absolute numbers.

Here is the explanation of each piece of information on the General page of the analytics:

Programs General Analytics

  • Total Accumulated Points: The total generated points from all kinds of programs achievements by players from the start. (not impacted by time)

    ❗️Note: the Total Accumulated Points includes manually added points through Gameball's dashboard.

  • Total Manual Points: Total number of points created and added to players manually through Gameball's dashboard. (not impacted by time)

  • Total Redeemed Points: Total number of points redeemed by players from the start. (not impacted by time)

  • Total Value of Redeemed Points: The equivalent monetary value to the total redeemed points in the selected currency. (not impacted by time)

  • Accumulated Points: Number of points generated from any type of player program achievement during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Manual Points: Number of manually created and added points to players through Gameball's dashboard during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Redeemed Points: Number of points redeemed by players during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Value of Redeemed Points: The equivalent monetary value to the redeemed points in the selected currency during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Number of Levels: Total number of currently existing levels that you have created. (not impacted by time)

  • Challenges: Total number of currently existing challenges that you have created. (not impacted by time)

  • Players Widget Opens: Accumulated number of widgets opened by players during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Unique Players Widget Opens: Number of widgets opened per player during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Guests Widget Opens: Accumulated number of widgets opened by guests during the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

Players General Analytics

  • Total Number of Players: Total number of players that have joined the loyalty program since the start. (not impacted by time)

  • Newly Enrolled Players: Number of players who joined the loyalty program based on the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Number of Active/Included Players: Number of players that are active or included in the loyalty program (without counting the excluded players). Calculated based on the time span selected through the time filter. (impacted by time)

  • Number of Referred Friends: Total number of referred friends after joining and the referral were deemed successful. (not impacted by time)

  • Number of Referred Friends: Number of referred friends after joining and the referral were deemed successful only during the time span selected through the time filter. (The impacted by time)

  • New vs Active/Included Players: A graph that compares the newly joined player during the time span selected through the time filter with active/included players before and during this time span.

  • Achievements Types Performance: A Graph showing the number of achievements per every type of program during the time span selected through the time filter. (time impacted)

    For example, it could show that there were 15 players who leveled up, 20 successful referrals, 45 challenges achieved by different players, and 31 cashback that took place during the last 3 months.

Leaderboard General Analytics:

  • Players Leaderboard: A view of the normal players' leaderboard. Similar to the leaderboard that shows to the players through the widget. Impacted by the time span set by the time filter. Read more

❗️Note: The leaderboard sets the players in descending order according to the chosen leveling-up method. For example, if the determined leveling up method is the amount spent, then the leaderboard will show players from the most spending player to the least spending player during the selected time span.
