Gamify your customer experience with Gameball’s exciting Gamify reward campaign templates. Each template is designed to add a fun and interactive element to your loyalty program, keeping your customers engaged and motivated.

Game-Based Reward Campaign Templates:

Quiz Template:

Introduce an element of engagement with the Quiz template. Customers can get a chance to answer questions about your brand and see how loyal are they and how much do they know about the brand allowing them to win various prizes from discounts to free products or bonus points. You can also Organize weekly contests or to encourage customers to return to your platform regularly.

Actions Required:

  1. Choose your Audience.

    Choose between Registered customers, or specific customers based on selected attributes, tags, or segments.

    • Quizes on Widget: The quiz will appear as a badge like all other campaigns, clicking on the badge will redirect them to a screen with all available campaigns. The customer can then choose the desired campaign and start playing.

  2. Set up the Activation.

    Choose between always active or scheduled.

  3. Set up the Quiz:

    Start by adding each question and its answer. Answers come in Multiple choice format, which means you need to add false options as well as one right answer.

    ❗️Note:

    • The minimum number of questions is one.

    • You can Add an image with each question.

    You can also add a Timer. (Optional)

  4. Fill in the campaign Detials.

    Set a Name and description for the campaign.

  5. Set up the Reward & Badge:

    Choose the Reward Type, Name, Value, and Expiry

Configuring a Reward:

  • Reward Type: Choose from any reward type supported by Gameball, similar to the options available in other campaigns.

  • Reward Name: Set the name of the reward

  • Reward Value or Product: Type down the exact reward value or product of you have chosen the reward to be free product for example.

Make the necessary adjustments to the Activation, Details, and Goal sections. Learn more about setting up a Reward Campaign.

Quiz Customization:

To customize the user interface of the quiz click Customize Design.

  1. You will then be redirected to the main customization page where you can customize the following:

  • Background and colors

  • Main Image

  • Main content like title, description, and button text

2. Click on the Questions Tab to customize how each question will look.

  • You can customize the background and text colors as well as main messages texts like submit button or count down, or time is out.

3. Click on Success tab to customize the page that's going to show if the customer passed the quiz.

  • You can customize the image and celebrating message

4. Lastly, click the No Luck tab to customize a similar message but for customers who couldn't pass the quiz.

  • Click Save.
