Add a playful experience to your loyalty program with digital Scratch Cards. Customers can scratch off a virtual card to reveal a hidden reward, creating a sense of excitement and anticipation.

Game-Based Reward Campaign Templates:


Scratch & Win:

Introduce an element of chance with the Scratch & Win template. Customers can try their luck to win a reward, allowing them to get various prizes, from discounts to free products or bonus points. You can also Organize weekly contests or lucky scratches to encourage customers to return to your platform regularly.

Use Cases

  • Limited-Time Promotions: Use scratch cards for seasonal sales, holiday campaigns, or product launches to create excitement and urgency.

  • Product Awareness & Upselling: Feature new or high-margin products as potential rewards to introduce users to items they might not have considered.

Actions Required:

  1. Choose your Audience.

  2. Trigger:

    • on Widget: The customer can access the card through the badges section on the widget redirecting them to a screen where then can start playing. The customer can then trigger the desired campaign to start scratching.

  3. Choose the campaigns Repeatability [default is 1 time per day]: You can define how many times your customer can scratch the card per:

    • Day

    • Week

    • Month

    • Year

  4. Set your Activation settings.

    Choose to launch the campaign right away, or to schedule it.

  5. Fill in the campaign Detials.

    Set a Name and description for the campaign.

  6. Set up the Reward & Badge:

    • You’ll start with 2 reward cards added by default. One is a no-luck result, while the other is a reward.

    • The minimum number of rewards you can configure is 2. Each reward can have a limit, which means you can limit the number of a specific reward to be one by one customer.

  7. Configuring Each Reward:

    • Reward Type: Choose from any reward type supported by Gameball, similar to the options available in other campaigns.

      • Important: Please note that while each reward has a set probability, it doesn’t guarantee that all rewards will be won equally over time. Some rewards might appear more often, while others might be less frequent. It’s all part of the random nature of the game!

    • Reward Limit: You now have the ability to set a limit on how many times a specific reward can be won, making the game more exciting and fair. How to Use Reward Limits:

      • If all rewards have limits and they are reached, customers will see a "No rewards available at the moment" message.

  8. Make the necessary adjustments to the Activation, Details, and Goal sections. Learn more about setting up a Reward Campaign.


Customization:

To customize the user interface of the scratch experience click Customize Design.

  1. You will then be redirected to the main customization page where you can customize the following:

  • Background and colors

  • Main Image

  • Main content like title, description, and button text

2. Click on the Success Tab to customize their winning experience.

  • You can write the winning content like title, message, button, etc.

4. Lastly, click the No Luck tab to customize a similar message but for customers who didn't win.

  • Click Save.
