  • New “Orders” Filter in Segment Builder

    • You can now filter customers by:

      • Total Order Value (excluding fully refunded orders)

Previously, eligibility was checked only at the start of a new cycle when the trigger occurred. With the new feature, admins can now enable continuous re-evaluation before each step in the automation. If a customer becomes ineligible, they will be automatically exited from the flow. The feature is controlled via a toggle in the Automation Settings, defaulting to OFF. Learn more about editing active automation.

3. Streak Campaign Editing Experience

We’ve improved the Streak campaign editing experience, allowing you to safely make changes while campaigns are live, ensuring consistent customer progress and eligibility. For more details, read the help center article to understand how the system behaves with each change fully.

4. Lead Form Enabled for More Games Campaigns

We have enabled more game campaigns with the lead form, allowing you to create campaigns for anonymous customers using the campaign URL. The lead form will appear to collect their data and help identify them, making it easier to engage and convert new users. Learn more about configuring lead forms.

Games:

  • Quiz

  • The Catcher

  • Match Card

5. Slot Machine More Customization:

You can now customize the Slot Machine campaign with additional options for success and no-luck outcomes like any other game. This update allows you to upload custom images and add buttons. Read about launching a slot machine campaign.

You can customize the lead form from the customization page. Learn more

6. Scratch and Win Customized artwork

We have added the option to upload generic images for both success and loss outcomes in the Scratch and Win campaign, in addition to customizing an image per reward. Plans with Custom Collection-based Rules

Web, Mobile

We’ve introduced a new cashback reward type that gives you more flexibility in how you reward customers: Configure cashback rules to issue fixed points per collection. Learn more about giving different cashback values for different collections.

Use Case:

This feature is ideal if you want to offer consistent point rewards per collection, regardless of the product’s price.

For example, if you sell exclusive items and want to reward 100 points per product in the "New Arrivals" collection, regardless of whether an item costs $20 or $200, you can now do that easily.

How It Works:

Configuration:

  • While setting up or editing Custom Cashback Rules, you can now choose:

      • Fixed Points (new)

API Requirements:

To enable this logic, you must send the following details per item in the Order API:

  • Collection ID(s)

  • Price

  • Discount

  • Taxes

  • Product ID

Key Rules:

  • If an item belongs to multiple collections → Gameball will reward based on the highest fixed point value.

  • If multiple different items from the same collection are purchased → The fixed points reward applies per item.

  • The fixed points reward will still respect active Points Multiplier Campaigns.

  • (Example: Double Points → 200 becomes 400)

Other Improvements

1. Enhanced Dynamic Reward Selection Experience with Tooltips

Gameball has improved the Dynamic Reward Experience in the Reward Campaign setup.

Now, when you try to select a Dynamic Reward and it’s disabled, a tooltip will automatically appear to explain why the option is not available.

The tooltip explains that Dynamic Rewards are disabled when:

  • No event is selected.

  • Multiple events are selected.

  • The selected event is set to trigger multiple times.

2. Updated Third-Party Coupons Display Name

Gameball has updated the Third-Party Coupons display name to now accurately reflect the name you have provided when adding a new coupon group to your account. Learn more about third-party coupons on Gameball.

3. Filter Customers' Coupons by Customer ID

We’ve introduced a new filter to the Customer Coupons section, allowing you to quickly search for all coupons issued to a specific customer by their Customer ID.

Key Highlights:

  • New Filter Option:

    • A Customer ID filter field is now available in the Customer Coupons section.

  • Precise Search:

    • You can input a Customer ID to instantly retrieve all coupons issued to that customer.

  • User Experience:

    • If no coupons are found for the entered Customer ID, an empty state will be displayed for quick clarity.

4. [Shopify] Embedded Blocks Now Show Reward Name

Embedded blocks on Shopify now reflect the reward name, matching the widget experience. This replaces the previous behavior where only the coupon value was shown, providing clearer, more consistent messaging for your customers.
