The Analytics section is divided into four pages; each page displays data from a specific domain. Here are how the Analytics section is branched:

  • Sales and Revenue

  • Players Purchase Behaviour

The ROI page in the analytics section focuses on THE Impact of Gameball on your revenue, business performance, and growth.

Where to find the ROI analytics page?

  • Go to Gameball Dashboard, and click Analytics from the left bar.

  • You will be on the ROI page.

What is the ROI analytics page about?

Return on Investments analytics focuses on the overall performance of your business in terms of revenue and growth. It also gives you insights into how Gameball programs are influencing your players' behavior and contributing to your revenue targets and business goals.

Here is the explanation of each piece of information on the ROI page of the analytics:

Overview

  • Total Revenue: total revenue from orders placed from both players and guests. This number disregards cashback transactions.

  • Avg Orders Value Per Players: tells you the estimated average value paid by players per order.

Detailed Analytics

  • Total Orders Value Using Coupons: the total value of orders made that had coupons applied to them before completing the order.

  • Average Orders Value for Players: this tells you the estimated value paid for an order per player.

  • Total Revenue: total revenue from orders placed from both players and guests. This number disregards cashback transactions.

  • Referrals Revenue: total value of all orders placed by referred friends. (players and guests)

  • Gameball Rewards Emails Revenue: revenue generated when players complete purchases after clicking on a CTA from a sent email.

  • Top Performing Channels (based on orders UTMs)

  • New Vs. Repeated Buyers: comparing the number of players who placed orders once vs. the number of players who completed more than one purchase.

  • Average Order Value Per Player: the average value of a purchase made by players. (enrolled customers)

  • Average Orders Value for Signed Up Players Vs. Guests: compares the average value of a purchase made by both players and guests. (enrolled customers vs. visitors)
