Create different challenges for your players through the Gameball challenges library to be achieved and add the flavor of competition and game-like experience to your platform.

There are five types of challenges that you can set up through the Gameball dashboard:

  1. Signup
  2. Social Media
  3. Scheduled Challenge
  4. Event-based
  5. High Score
  6. Anniversary

Signup

Your player will achieve this challenge upon registering an account on your platform.

Note: In case you are integrating Gameball and you have already previous accounts, your existing accounts will achieve this challenge on the first login

Social Media

Configure the social media challenge to allow your players to win badges when they endorse you on different social media platforms. Gameball currently supports the following challenges:

  1. Facebook: Like and Share
  2. Instagram: Follow
  3. Twitter: Follow and Share

Disclaimer! Your players will be rewarded for this challenge once they are redirected outside your platform. Gameball can NOT guarantee that your players actually like or follow you on your social media platforms.

Scheduled Challenge

Configure the scheduled challenge to give your players a scheduled reward once every year without doing any specific action or perform an event.

Event-based

Your player will achieve this challenge after completing certain events on your platform. You can add one or multiple events to achieve. For example:

  • Your player writes 10 product reviews
  • Your player places multiple orders with a total amount of $3,000
  • Your player places multiple orders with products from 5 different categories on your platform (Fashion, Accessories, Electronics.. etc)

High Score

Your player will achieve this challenge every time he/she reaches a value greater than any previous record in one event. The number should be related to a key in an event. You can define the minimum needed value to achieve this challenge as a minimum record.

For example:

  • Your player runs any distance more than 1,000 km as a minimum record
  • Your player places an order with amount more than $500 as a minimum record

You can allow your players to achieve this challenge multiple times every time they exceed the previously stored record for them.

Birthday

Your player will achieve this challenge on their birthday.

Note: The player's birthday must be stored on their Gameball profile in the DateOfBirth player attribute.
