After setting up your loyalty program, you always need to make adjustments along the way. You can give access to as many people as you want to allow other employees to make the appropriate changes to your program.
To create a new account, go to Gameball admin dashboard > Admin settings > Accounts.
Once you access this page, you will be able to see some of the details of the existing emails.
To create a new account, click Create New User on the top right of the page.
Then fill new user's details:
User's first name
User's last name
Create a password
❗️Note: the new user can change their password once they log in to their new account.
Click Create User
When the user signs in, they can change their password by navigating to this page, then clicking the Reset Password icon next to their email.
If you want to delete one of the accounts, click the Bin icon next to the account email.
❗️Note: You can not delete the account you are signed in from and currently using.
