Configuring Gameball VIP Tiers

Create VIP tiers for your customers to gamify your user experience based on their engagement on your platform.

Gamify your user experience and reward your customers for their engagement on your platform. With our VIP Tiers feature, you can create tiers and tier up your customers, turning their interaction with your platform into an exciting game.

In this article, you will have a step-by-step guide to setting up and configuring your VIP Tiers.

Configuring VIP Tiers:

Once you've set up your customer tiers plan, it's time to configure them:

  • Login to Gameball's Dashboard.

  • Head to the VIP Tiers section from the left side menu

  • View your current tiers to make any necessary adjustments in the Levels section, and set up your configuration in the Settings Section.

  1. Create a new VIP Tier:

    To create a new VIP Tier, All you have to do is:

    • Click on Add New Tier in the Levels section

    • In the Add New Tier page, you have three sections that need to be filled in:

      • Display

        • Add the Tier Name

        • Choose the Tier Icon

          • Choose an Icon from our library

          • [OR] Upload an image from your device

      • Milestone to Achieve this Tier:

      • Benefits:

        • Reward your customers for reaching new tiers with entry and lifetime rewards. From points and free products to discounts and exclusive offers, you can customize the rewards to incentivize continued engagement.

        • Configure the Earning points system for the tier. Let's say for example you want customers on tier 2 to get 10 points for every dollar they spend on a purchase instead of the default setup. Learn more about the default Earn Pointing system.

        • You can also go beyond traditional rewards and offer custom benefits to customers on specific tiers. Whether it's access to VIP products or exclusive events, unleash your creativity to enhance the customer experience.

  2. Settings

    • Tiering-Up method

      Selecting the right tier-up method is crucial to ensure a balanced and engaging experience for your customers. You can choose from the following options to suit your platform's dynamics:

      • Amount Spent

      • Points Earned

      • Orders Completed

      • Friends Referred

      • Score

    • Tier Expiry:

      Set an expiry date for tiers to keep the progression dynamic and encourage ongoing activity. Choose from options like no expiry or based on the last 6, 12, or 24 months to ensure that customers remain motivated to tier up.
