Tiering-Up method
Selecting the right tier-up method is crucial to ensure a balanced and engaging experience for your customers. You can choose from the following options to suit your platform's dynamics:
Amount Spent
Points Earned
Orders Completed
Friends Referred
Score
Tier Expiry:
Set an expiry date for tiers to keep the progression dynamic and encourage ongoing activity. Choose from options like no expiry or based on the last 3, 6, 12, or 24 months to ensure that customers remain motivated to tier up.
Note:
If a refund lowers a customer’s total spending below their current tier threshold, they will be downgraded accordingly. If downgraded, any entry reward given as points will be removed, while coupon rewards will remain. Customers can reclaim entry rewards each time they requalify. The system will track tier changes, reward adjustments, and refund impacts while maintaining logs for auditing and fraud detection.
